Spokane and Post Falls Expansion

SPOKANE, Wash. and POST FALLS, Idaho – Twin Home Experts has officially, and happily, expanded to Spokane and Post Falls, increasing our footprint of kindness and helpfulness around the country!

We aim to offer the same VIP service to people in these markets who find themselves in need of capable mold remediation services and leak detection , as we have been doing in California for years.

For the past week, Dalton, the head of the mold remediation team at Twin Home Experts, has been there to train the new mold testers and remediation teams.

Why is Twin Home Experts expanding into Spokane and Post Falls from Los Angeles?

It grew out of a need that the Schuelke brothers saw for people who require mold remediation services and both markets are only 40 minutes away from each other.

“We’re finding that the local markets here lack quality workmanship for water damage ,” Jim said. “Our brother Gary has owned a home here in the last 15 years so we would come up and visit, and we would talk to the locals. He also expressed that his community lacked the true home improvement services California offers. So we wanted to take that same type of quality service to these areas.”

Jim adds that Dalton will be “in charge of this new territory supervising, setting our Twin Home Experts standards. He’s getting all of that organized. All of our dispatching, call center requirements, the full scope of training.”

Twin Home Experts feel they can also help service a need to make sure that homes are properly maintained when inclement weather comes and homeowners are out of town for a while.

“Due to the severe climate, heavy rains and heavy snowfall, there’s a lot of people that own homes here in the area, especially in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and when they go away back to Arizona or California during the winter, they don’t prepare their homes enough for the winter,” Jim said.
