Twin Home Experts finally solved a rat infestation issue into this home.  Our client Sam stated that he hired so many professionals to find entry points, they exhausted all efforts and have been dealing with rats inside the home for almost 2 years.

We went in to ask Sam which part of the home has the most activity, so we set up our equipment directly above the affected area on the roof.

We ran a micro colored camera down the toilet vent and everything seem to be fine. We then set up a smoke machine to inject into the plumbing system directly above the affected room where Sam was hearing the scratching noises almost every night.

We also found massive amounts of attic insulation that was being transported from the attic down to the area inside the wall where they were nesting. The odor of rat urine was so strong we had to treat several times with our high concentrate enzyme. We fixed the pipe and solved the issue for good.
